generally good experience
friendly staff beautiful view fitness theme entertainment issues
The cleanliness impressed me. The hotel was very clean throughout and i found every member of staff i encountered friendly and helpful! we felt really welcome at all times. the location is really good with beautiful views and hotel grounds.
i thought there was a bit of a let down entertainment wise! also, daily activities for adults mainly seemed to be themed on fitness. i would have preferred more variety, rather than focusing on just fitness related activities.

i found the beach amenities very nice. everything was well organized. the cleanliness was also excellent.
check-in wasn't the quickest i found. there was no information about activities provided to me. this was a surprise

fresh towels color-coded towels spacious resort textile sauna water bottle single water bottle language barrier german shows
i found the resort spacious with convenient beach access the spa and beach towels were always fresh and color-coded i particularly enjoyed the textile sauna with its garden view the outside pool was large enough to always find a sunbed.
the hotel only provided one bottle of water in the room upon arrival it was not replenished instead i picked up bottles from the bars language was a barrier as many staff members did not speak english this limited interaction i could have with them entertainment shows seemed mainly for german guests.

amazing stay!
friendly staff numerous pool private beach
i was genuinely pleased with the friendly staff. they were great too cater to customer needs. the family-oriented atmosphere had different activities every day and numerous pool options. the private beach makes it a perfect destination.

Really good Stay, A Detailed Review
spacious grounds fresh towels pleasant view
The resort features spacious grounds with beautiful gardens. Fresh towels for the spa and beach were always available. The textile sauna offered a pleasant view of the garden. I found the outside pool very large. I always secured a sunbed easily. Staff members were consistently nice, particularly Brahim, who kept the beach sunbeds tidy.
I found that the hotel provided only one bottle of water in the room upon arrival. These bottles were not replenished . This was slightly inconvenient.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the shower was very clean. Maids created lovely patterns and animals with the bedding. This was a good touch that brought a smile. I appreciated this detail.

Staff members were always attentive. They promptly provided drinks and cleared plates at every meal. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and there was plenty to choose from. I greatly enjoyed the dishes plated in front of you. We had a fantastic time.
